What is the minimum rental period?

1 day is the minimum rental period.

What is the daily milage allowed?

150 KM allowed each 1 KM after the allowed milage will be extra charge and the charge per
extra KM depend on the car type.

How many drivers allowed per contract?

2 drivers allowed per car rental contract.

Pick up and drop off policies in Challenger rent car company?

Pick up and drop should be done in our offices free of charge. airport and other locations allowed with extra charge.

Can Challenger team arrange special requests?

Yes, off Couse, but you must inform us at least 5 working days before arriving, and confirmation
email from our side is a must.

Are you offering chauffer?

Yes, we do, we offer driver with our cars upon request.

Are there specific cars for Chauffer driven cars?

No, any car can be rented with driver.

Are you working on hourly basis and or pick and drop ?

No, Chauffer driven service on daily basis only.

If Chauffer driven car, how many hours per day?

Minimum 10 hours per day, however we can offer (12 / 16- and 24-hours service upon request)

Is your driver vaccinated?

Yes, all of them got Cov-19 vaccine.

Are you offering uniforms for your drivers?

Yes, all our driver wearing Challenger rent a car uniform.

Are you offers Luxury Van?

Yes, we have Mercedes-Benz V-Class 2022 and 2023

Are you offering Group Transportation?

Yes, we offer buses for the groups from 23-51 passenger.

Do you have Quality Check system fleet or your fleet?
